If you want to speak to us, we have made it really easy!  You can reach us via phone, email, online chat or you can visit us at our Repair Lab any time during our opening hours, you don’t even need to make an appointment.

Our Repair Lab is located at 179 Symonds St Eden Terrace Auckland and it’s usually pretty easy to get parked close by.  With road side parking right outside the door it's convenient to stop and drop-off or pick-up your device. If you have any questions, just give us a shout, you can even speak to a technician directly who will be happy to help.

If you are sending us a device via courier then please make sure you complete the repair submission form first so we know what to do with it when it arrives.
