
DJI Service Request
For claiming warranty or DOA for a drone that has crashed, a flight log analysis (FLA) needs to be completed.
We will submit the request on your behalf to DJI, who will investigate the flight records to determine if the crash was caused.
For consumer craft that use DJI Fly or DJI GO 4 apps, flight records need to be synchronized. For instructions on how to do this, please click here.
We also require the following details to be included in the submission:Customer's DJI Account Email, Flight Date/Time (Approx), Description of incident
Important Notice – Service Fee for Unrepaired Units
If no fault is found with the unit after inspection:In-Warranty: The unit will be returned to the retailer.
Out-of-Warranty: $55.00 ex GST service fee will apply and must be paid before the unit is released to the retailer. Additionally, $55.00 ex GST service fee applies to out-of-warranty cases where the customer declines to proceed with the repair after receiving a quotation. This fee must also be paid before the unit is released to the retailer.
Please ensure all reasonable troubleshooting has been carried out prior to sending the unit, in line with the distributor's (Dicker Data) warranty process guidelines.
